Is there a better way to kick off the fantasy year than a Steelers/Pats game, in the rain, on a Thursday night. Probably if Bell, Blount, Bryant, LaFell, Pouncey, and Stork were all playing… but what can you do. We’ll settle. It should be a fun one and I actually give the Steelers a better chance at winning than most. We’ll see. Anyways, as usual, we are in for another great fantasy year. I would like to thank everyone for not throwing anything at the draft!
As far as these updates go for the year, they will (for the most part) be the same as last year with a few tweaks. This week in particular I have a Draft Analysis made up of various rankings. The Pick-Up Report, Roster Analysis, and Power Ranks will all be the same as last year.
Next week you can expect some more things to come into the update like “Pat’s Stat’s”, Coaching Analysis, and the Weekly/Yearly Awards Tracker.

Draft Analysis
For the draft analysis, I am just going to show the rankings from the two sources on draft night as well as one more and average them out. I plan on doing a small write up like I did last year on each team with the Strong and Weak positions. That should come later this week or next week.

Roster Analysis
Below is the weekly roster analysis. This will be the same as last year and take the rankings for each position and average them out. This will take whatever the starting lineup is for each team on Thursday, so be aware that depending on injuries and sit/start changes, they may not be completely up to date on Sunday
Power Ranks
The power ranks will also be the same as usual with the following inputs… Starter’s Value, W-L Streak, Last 3 Points Scored, Staudt Rank, FantasySP Rank, FantasyPros Rank.
